Do I need an appointment?
No — just drop in during opening hours and we'll take a look. For bigger or bridal jobs, it's worth calling ahead so we can give it proper time.
How much will it cost?
It depends on the job, so we always quote before starting — there are no surprises. Bring the item in and we'll give you an honest price.
How long does it take?
Simple repairs are often quick; alterations and bespoke work take a little longer. We'll agree a timescale when you drop off.
What can't you do?
Very little! If it's stitched, we'll usually have a go. If something isn't right for us, we'll point you in the right direction.
